These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase of advertising services from DMV Ads (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing from DMV Ads, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following:
1. Services
- DMV Ads provides advertising services including mobile billboards, digital signage, parking lot ads, and inflatable screen ads.
- The details of each campaign, including start date, end date, duration, placement, and pricing, will be outlined in a written proposal or invoice accepted by the Client.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Full payment is due prior to the start of any campaign unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Deposits, if required, are non-refundable and apply toward the total cost of services.
- Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services without refund.
3. Taxes & Fees
- The Client is responsible for all applicable sales taxes, advertising taxes, licensing fees, or municipal permit fees unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Campaigns canceled less than 7 days prior to launch are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for campaigns that have already launched.
- Refunds, if any, will be determined at DMV Ads’ sole discretion.
5. Content & Approval
- All advertising content must be submitted by the Client in the required format and within the specified deadline.
- DMV Ads reserves the right to reject content that violates applicable laws, regulations, or company standards.
- If content is rejected, the Client must provide replacement materials promptly.
6. Scheduling & Delivery
- DMV Ads will make reasonable efforts to run campaigns according to the agreed schedule.
- However, exact timing, placement, and impressions cannot be guaranteed.
- Campaign interruptions caused by weather, technical issues, or municipal restrictions will not be grounds for a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
7. Liability
- DMV Ads is not responsible for the effectiveness of any advertising campaign, including but not limited to customer response, sales performance, or brand recognition.
- The Client acknowledges that advertising results are not guaranteed.
8. Termination
- DMV Ads may terminate a campaign immediately if the Client breaches these Terms or provides unlawful, offensive, or misleading content.
- In such cases, no refund will be issued.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of [Insert State].
